By accessing synarmic.com or entering a pilot engagement with Synarmic, you agree to these terms. If you are entering an agreement on behalf of a clinic or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Synarmic is a behavioral intelligence platform that helps recurring metabolic health programs identify patient disengagement signals and support continuation-focused operations. The platform analyzes minimum-necessary program data, such as appointment patterns, refill timing, lab completion status, and communication response rates, to surface momentum signals and inform clinic workflows.
Synarmic is an operational intelligence tool. It is not a medical device, clinical decision support system, or substitute for clinical judgment. Nothing in our platform or communications constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
The platform handles minimum-necessary protected health information under a signed Business Associate Agreement with each clinic. As Synarmic expands, data handling practices will evolve and these terms will be updated accordingly.
Access to the Synarmic platform is currently provided through structured 90-day pilot engagements. Specific terms, including scope, deliverables, payment, and data handling, are defined in a separate engagement agreement executed between Synarmic and your clinic. In the event of conflict, the engagement agreement governs.
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any Synarmic software or methodology; share access credentials with unauthorized parties; or use the platform in any way that could harm patients or violate applicable healthcare regulations.
All platform software, methodology, scoring models, intervention frameworks, and content produced by Synarmic remain the exclusive property of Synarmic. Your clinic retains ownership of all operational data you provide. Anonymized, aggregated learnings may be used to improve the platform.
The platform is provided "as is" during the pilot phase. Synarmic makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding platform uptime, accuracy of outputs, or specific business outcomes. Patient continuation results depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synarmic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active pilot clients. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
